Airport Transfers

Insurance
Participants carry their own risk for personal injury or loss of property during the Workshop. LVR/REAAA and the administrators are in no way responsible for any claims concerning insurance. The Organising Committee, REAAA, The Majestic accept no liability or responsibility for death or illness, or injury/accident to or financial loss by any person attending the Workshop, whatever the cause. Registration will indicate an acceptance of these conditions by the delegate.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Refunds of up to $150 may be approved. After 10 July 2024 refunds will be at the discretion of the Organising Committee and processed after the Workshop. No refunds will be made for late arrival or early departure whatever the cause. Registrations may be reassigned to another person from the same organisation without penalty. Please notify of any changes prior to the Workshop.
Disclaimer
The convenors reserve the right to change activities, topics and presenters where necessary. The convenors shall not be liable for any loss caused by the cancellation or abandonment of the event where such cancellation is due to Force Majeure. The term “Force Majeure” means any circumstance beyond the reasonable control of the organisers including but not limited to war, hostilities (whether war be declared or not), terrorism, aircraft hijacking, military operation, riot, civil war, rebellion, civil commotion or unrest, pandemics or natural disasters, Acts or Regulations of government, refusal to grant visas, explosions, transport delays, transport difficulties and the insolvency of airline carriers. The convenors will use all reasonable efforts to conduct the event despite the intervention or occurrence of any such cause.
Attendees are advised that photographs and videos may be taken during the event and reproduced for promotional purposes.
